Relationships..
Gods will for relationships...can we choose who we are with?..No, we are too eager to find our
own significant other. If God put you with someone, and it feels right, then regardless of the
difficulty you make it work because if God so will it..it will work wonders. There are tough
times and lots to go through together but every relationship has its ups and downs..and its
obstacles to conquer.
We sometimes want a certain preference..but we are ungrateful to want all the time. It is just
human to do so. We get what we need to be happy not what we want, because it is a chasing after
the wind. What if we were with someone..and by preference we weren't satisfied with that person
...or we just got fed up with that person...we saw other people that we get along great with and
are attracted to in every way..though the Lord did not bring you to union with that person..are
we supposed to just leave the person we are with and go with that person? Nah...as humans we
are always ready to take the easy way out..but would we be really happy? Satan uses his power
to deceive you..so yes you may be happy at first for a while but then in the end you will have
had children with someone you weren't meant to be with or you just may find out that you are not
happy with that person...but by that time you will have spent a great portion of your time with
that person. You may just realize that you were meant to have that person in your life but not
for that reason and TIME is a precious thing to have..its not for wasting. We have to watch how
we spend our quality time and WHO we spend quality time with.
Life is an adventure, a big fantasy adventure filled with caves of wonder, ups and downs, great
feats to overcome just around the bend. It's a never ending story! 8D. When something beautiful
is right in front of you why look further...now..if beauty is subjective then it's not what
everyone perceives to be beauty in nature but what is attractive in nature to you personally.
How it feels to be next to that person no matter the differences. We need to focus on what
brings us together rather than what sets us apart. If our Heavenly Father brought you to
someone, it will feel right..the Holy Spirit will speak to you. You may feel things you've
never felt before..and it's not you who brought this on..you will just know that it had to be
the Lords work.
A blessing is a blessing...so be careful that you don't miss out on it and throw it away for
something that you THINK is better for you. The human mind is blind, it knows what it knows,
and knows not the truth. Trust in the Lord and our Heavenly Father to show you what is right.
Spontaneous is the way of God because he has his own time..he does not work off our time. When
we want something we may not get it when we want it...it may come early or it may come late...
or not at all. When it does come...be humble to it and accept it..and give thanks.
If you find yourself in a relationship that has troubles and sometimes drives you nuts but
inside you feel that you wouldn't spend your life with anyone else then..pray and ask God to
help. Some people never get that kind of blessing..the blessing of a significant other. The
Lord says do not be unequally yoked..so listen. The world has no salvation to offer, but God
and Jesus promise never to put you in the wrong direction.
Stick it out, because the Lord promises a great life with that person in the end. "Love Bears
all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends"
(1 Corinthians 13:7-8)
Aside from a significant other, being a believer is about relationships with others too,
we are relational beings, so while were here on this earth, let's make the best of it!
It's a small world after all ^_^.
If you have the blessing, then take it in with open arms..the blessing of a loving..
relationship.
